Incredible Heatmap Shows How Sandy Grounded Most Of The East Coast

BusinessInsiderBusiness Insider – In the few days since Sandy blasted its way through the East Coast, the superstorm has forced airlines to cancel nearly 20,000 flights and left travelers stranded across the country.
In just the first day of the storm alone, nearly 8,000 flights were grounded, only decreasing to 7,000 the day after, according to FlightStats.com.
