FlightStats - Historical Products

		FlightStats Ratings Statistically-based Flight Performance Scoring Rating is a statistically-based flight ranking service showing how a flight's recent on-time performance and delay history compared with other flights, enabling users to evaluate service levels before making a booking decision. Coverage is provided on virtually all carriers, not just the majors, and information is available while it is still relevant, as opposed to weeks or months after the fact. Ratings data can be delivered via a data file that contains a complete set of all flight, carrier, route and overall statistics in a comma-delimited format. This approach facilitates easy uploading into a local database. FlightStats Rating can also be delivered ad-hoc through a Web Services call, alone or integrated with flight schedules.

		FlightStats Reports Reports deliver historical information on carriers, airports, routes and itineraries (PNRs). Designed to present absolute and comparative flight performance data in a clear, easy-to-read format, Reports reveal the trends and realities of flight performance - delays, runway time, cancellations and diversions, degree of lateness, impact of changing flight numbers and more. By mining our vast archive of data regarding flight schedules, flight performance, load factors and fare data, airlines and others may be able to gather the market share and competitive performance numbers they need, while replacing some of the expensive reporting solutions currently in place. 		Flight & Airport History APIs Detailed flight and airport history information can be accessed using our Web Services API. XML over HTTP, SOAP or REST are supported. The same API services yield current flight and airport status when the query date is set to the current date providing a seamless methodology for accessing real-time and historical data.
