Really silly that the "Tech Center" of Texas charges for internet. Sad that they want about $8.00 for one hour of use. Business travelers should consider skipping this destination if this is the value they put on business travelers.
Welcome to Texas, y'all. Small airport but nice and relatively easy to move through.
This is a nice accessible airport with a simple layout and easy in and out. It opened in 1996 so it was planned with security lines etc. Good direct flights to many US destinations and world wide via Dallas or Houston on American and Continental. No prop airplanes or sleazy commuter terminal. Yay! Easy in and out. They even have live music sometimes. Biggest negative of this airport is car rental. Airport fees are astronomical and can double the price of your rental. Car rental companies don't tell you about it when you reserve. Example weekly rate reserved: $170.00 Actual cost: $281.00. Avoid renting a car and you will have a great experience with this airport
Vegetarians beware! There are very few options. Buy something before you get to the airport or you may be hungry during your flight.
Very clean, good food, good atmosphere simple to navigate and rarely crowded... baggage handling has issues though, slowest bag claim I have to deal with....
Nice airport, car rental counter locations can be confusing as they are split on opposite ends on the baggage claim level.
Baggage claim is one of the worst especially if you travel AA where there is one carousel for all incoming flights.
Austin Bergstrom is an efficient and well run airport. The food is also very good,at least in terms of "airport" food.
