Small and limited facility however not bad compared to country Index.
TIA though has a long history since 1954( i think) has not upgraded in terms of costumer service and flight attendance. I suggest related figures to handle and manage the only one international airport of nepal.
Need to improve the airport structure and the system how it is working. Need good service and also need to make feels like warm welcome to visitors or local people.

No real flight tracking information. Only Scheduled information is displayed on monitors
Flight information monitors at this airport are not regularly updated, and information is hard to find; baggage reclaim is tardy and can be chaotic, while the rest rooms have neither soap nor hand drying facilities and frequently no water.
