derekjoy 10-13-2014 10:52 PM Wake up Perth. This is a 3rd world airport and 'new terminals' if ever completed will not change staff attitudes and rampant over pricing. Maybe there should be more than one supplier trading under different names? 05-31-2013 7:17 AM the worst airport ever. Ignorant, incompetent and unfriendly staff at check in and security. Abhorrently long waiting times at arrival , the layout is horrible and airport management incapable of finding at least short term improvements. Perth reminds me of a third world country airport.

OliverBennetto 03-27-2012 10:49 PM Perth Airport lacks airwalks and as a result it is very common for a flight to arrive on time or even early and have to sit on the tarmac for upto 45 mins to get off the plane.

thewinchester 12-26-2009 6:06 AM International terminal not serviced by any public transport, terminal layout is dysfunctional (specially in the case of the two domestic terminals). Parking is abhorrent, and needs drastic work.

IANAT159 02-15-2008 8:40 AM Small for International But quite friendly staff .The Immigration staff are on the ball as are the Customs staff but not power mad, do the right thing and you have no problems, Duty free is handy on arrival. book it and the collect it when you get off the plane.A few more Taxi's would be handy.
atomique 02-10-2008 8:10 AM Probably the worst thing about this terrible little airport is that all passengers are checked in by QANTAS staff. I never cease to be amazed by the total lack of service demonstrated by the vast majority of these staff. I have witnessed them treating international guests very poorly on multiple occasions. QANTAS should lose this contract as they are an absolute disgrace. The attitudes shown by these staff embarrass me as a local almost every time I depart Aus. The new security staff are just as bad!!! Terrible little tin shed with awful staff.
MH777 01-27-2008 2:28 PM NEEDS UPGRADING, i think it needs alot of upgrading. Terminal 1 is improving though
railways 01-23-2008 9:05 AM With passenger numbers rapidly increasing due to the mining boom, why isn't the Domestic Airport connected to Perth's excellent electrified suburban rail system? The seperate Inyternational terminal should be closed and reconstructed adjacent to the domestic terminal, which would assist airlines to maximise fleet utilisation but more importantly would assist transit passengers and build the case for a rail link to this one integrated station for both int and dom passengers.
yazan_91 01-11-2008 6:07 AM Very small and dull airport, with the stores usually opening at 8 in the morning and closing at 4-5pm at night, leaving many passengers bored with nothing to do for hours on end.
